Leadership Training

Drawing on expertise in Agile Project Management, Cross-Cultural Communication, and Conflict Transformation the institute has developed a series of leadership and team development programs that combine soft and hard skills with experience and reflection that builds the capacity of leaders and teams to work effectively together across differences in an environment of change and uncertainty.

• The Agile team: skills for collaboratively working within an environment of uncertainty

• The grounded leader: drawing from research on mindfulness and leadership this course builds participants awareness of their capacities for grounded, collaborative leadership and provides the experiences needed to build on those inate capacities.

• Navigating conflict and complexity: the communications skills and complexity awareness needed to participate in or lead teams as they manage conflict and complexity.
