Institute for Collaborative Learning

Learning-driven change for organizational & individual transformation

In times of change learners inherit the earth, while others find themselves equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.

–Eric Hoffer

Individuals and organizations live in a state of internal and external change. The Institute for Collaborative Learning is a consulting cooperative comprised of professionals across a variety of disciplines who work collaboratively with clients to understand the organizational challenges change brings. We explore how "stuck" views and assumptions about ourselves or our world prevent us from seeing the necessary changes we need to make.

Often, this work includes developing capacities for resilience, communication, conflict navigation, and strategic thinking. Change doesn't come easy, but considering how we can "learn" our way into the future can help.

Our clients tend to be non-profits, NGOs, and educational organizations. We work with challenges around teaching & learning, leadership, organizational development, and strategic planning/thinking

The cross-disciplinary perspectives our team brings can spark new insights and innovations. We've worked with organizations as varied as Google's Education Summit, ministries of education, bi-national centers, businesses, universities, NGOs, and non-profits across the globe.
