Caitlan Rivera cherishes her work as a teacher, teacher trainer, and administrator in language education. She holds an M.A. in TESOL from SIT, B.A.s in Political Science, Spanish, and International Studies flrom Queens University of Charlotte, and is a licensed SIT TESOL Certificate course trainer. With a variety of experiences in public, private, and community-based organizations, Caitlan enjoys and is interested in attuning growth and development work to the learner in ways that honors who they are and the context in which they live and learn. She currently works part-time in nonprofit administration focusing on teacher development while independently contracting with World Learning, the US Department of State, and the Institute for Collaborative Learning on projects throughout the world. Caitlan works in both English and Spanish.
